    Help with Passwords for IR3570

We have had a IR 3570 since before I started working here at our station. When the copier was set up address boxes were set up for those who worked here at the time with I'm assuming static passwords so that they could scan to thier folders on our public drive on our server. Since I have worked here no one recalls the password that was used to set up the address boxes. I need to figure out what to do to set up boxes for new employees so they can scan directly to their folders on our P\ drive. Any help would be Fab!

If the Address Book is password protected and the password is unknown, the password can be cleared-

Password can be cleared, by performing an MMI Clear.
MMI Clear can be found in Service Mode >Function > Clear > MMI.
    enter Service Mode
by hitting [Additional Functions(*)key -then press 2 and 8 key at same time-then hit Additional Functions(*) key]
    ***
Be aware, network settings are volatile to an MMI clear and will need to be configured after clearing the MMI. Print out a User Data list, before performing the clear.
    re-input the user data settings

    while in service mode
    COPIER > FUNCTION > CLEAR

    ADRS-BK
Clearing the address book on the reader controller circuit board--
The address book is cleared when the main power switch is turned OFF and
    ON.

    <Operating procedure>
    1) Select this item and press the OK key.
    2) Turn the main power switch OFF and ON.

    In addition to above
How to get mailbox information when I do not know the mailbox password--

Set a System Manager ID and Password on the machine:
    1. Hit Additional Functions.
    2. Select System Settings.
    3. Press System Manager Settings.
    4. Enter a System Manager ID and Password. Hit OK.

Re-set out of the screen and go back into System Settings. When asked for the System Manager ID and password, enter the required information. Hit the ID key. While in ID Management Mode, access the mailbox creation screen and the mailbox password will be shown. Access to the mailbox is obtainable and documents can be printed or erased. Note- In ID Management Mode, mailboxes can be deleted if desired.
