E202=Connectors for M400 and M9 may have been swapped.

Make sure the connectors for M400 and M9 were not swapped.
The M400 connector to RCON PCB J401 was instead connected to J309 on DCON PCB , and the M9 connector to DCON PCB J309 was incorrectly connected to J401 on RCON PCB.
The connector to DCON PCB J309 consists of colored wires, the connector to RCON PCB J401 are all black wires. Installing the connectors in the correct plugs corrected the issue.

Check voltage at J105, pin 3, for 5 volts. If only 3.3 volts are present replace the Switching Regulator PCB

Make sure wire leading up to the scanner motor M400 is not pinched behind a cover /or front reader cover causing a short to the frame of the machine.
