This model have automatic reset counter.
Practice makes perfect
If it ain't broke, don't fix it
A picture is worth a thousand words
If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself
Do a full auto-graduation adjustment after replacing the drum.
The drum count in service mode / display / misc should be zero.
Thanks everyone.
Skynet, how do I access servic mode on this model?
Thanks

Thanks zoraldinho,
I was at that machine and it is totaly different than I am use to. I had the whole assy out that holds the drums, toner hoppers, and transfer belt, but I can not figure out how the drum (black) comes out.
Could someone please tell me or send me the instructions to do this.
Thank you to everyone
Cameron
Once you've got the process assy out , push the button on the top of the ITB assy. This will release and you then lift up the ITB to the left. It will stay upright on its own. Then there is a white slide lock that sits on top of all drum units, slide to the right and then pull out drum towards you.
Job done..... Full Autograd when machine goes into ready.
Oh...... I can't copy at the moment then ? !!!!!!
Thank you Paul 75, I will get back there today.
Thanks again
Cameron
