i work in canon ir4570 with strange paper size it's less than B4 by 1.5 cm in the two diemension it's always jam on duplex the machine has finisher paper always jam on the last sensor before it turn back to take the other side is there any configuration to make the machine work well on this paper size please help
Use the by pass with custom size configuration.
