your ITB Patch calibration images are miss-aligned -
do to ITB belt slipping/ it needs cleaning and or replaced

also print out your TEST PRINTS
PG 10 pattern/ make sure color blocks don't overlap
PG 6 pattern/ check the grid pattern
this is what the PG10 SHOULD LOOK LIKE

Thanks guys, we took transfer unit out and put it back in and all is well, must have been seated in there wrong. Machine was moved recently.
yeah, you have to make sure the patch reader assembly is down
