Hi I have problem with C5051 error E000075-0003. I don't have sm pls help what's problem?
I would highly recommend investing in a service manual. This error code hasn't changed definition since the CLC's were released.
The E075 error code refers to the ITB belt shifting front to rear of the machine and can not compensate. There are two causes that will make this happen.
a) The machine that is not level
b) Uneven thickness of the ITB belt from front to rear.
To resolve this issue, first observe the ITB Position value of displacement in service mode under Copier > Display > Misc > ITB-POS. The range is between -300 to +450. If the value is very close to the high end or low end, perform the following:
a) Check to make sure that the machine is level.
b) After leveling the machine, run Copier > Function > MISC-P > ITB-INT in service mode
c) Check Copier > Display > MISC > ITB-POS again to make sure the value is approximately within the mid range
d) If the value in step c is not within mid range, remove the ITB belt and reverse it from front to rear and repeat the prior steps again.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
Thank you for your help. I fix this now all ok. Thanks.
Canon did release new ITB assemblies bacuase of this error code and frames that were bent on the assembly from factory

Anybody can help me???
Canon has practically an entire book on this issue. Motor adjustments, cracked arm, rusted bearings, to name a few. If its walked off, flipping the belt isn't gonna fix anything..
You need to remove the ITB assembly and centre the belt, no reset needed in service mode. But chances are it will code again quite soon unless you rectify the problems listed in the service bulletins.
Sometimes the mylar sheet at the rear right side wears down and starts to cut the belt. This can shred it or shave off some belt. Eventually it will walk to the side. Plan on rebuilding the assembly or at least replacing the mylar sheet and the belt for wear. Those two parts will cost alot of money and some ITB assembly are on a do not rebuild list per the serial number of the machine. A new ITB assembly and belt is big money but the only sure way to repair quick and right.
