[Misc] Copy feature disappear after firmware installation on old iR3570 only Scan & Mailbox

I installed Firmware iR2270_v40.03.02 using SSTv463Eg on an old iR3570
After the installation the copy feature went away all I am left with is
Scan and Mailbox, I did it all over again, install new hard drive, format
then download firmware, same result. Is it the booth rom?
I am using Booth rom J1010 Type A Ver 06 36C

I replaced the old hard drive and copy feature came back with Mailbox only, no scan.
What am I doing wrong? Can some one help me here please?

Check in service mode that UI-COPY is set to 0
I think it is in COPIER>BODY>Level 2 but it could be in USER check both.

It is Service Mode level 2, UI Copy should be 1 not 0
