IR2270 error e602-0001 + need software

hi all,
i have a problem with canon ir2270, code e602-0001.
i know from this forum it's maybe something wrong with HDD or main PCB
my first guess is something wrong with HDD, try format (or defrag?) the HDD with combination 1 + 9
but nothing happen, only "download mode" text appear on top of the screen.
the bad news is i am living in remote location and local technician in here only familiar with old NP series, people from my nearest canon dealer can't send a technician but they still can deliver the HDD. It doesn't help me at all.
i already have the Service manual and parts book, but don't have the SST/system software/firmware.
is there anyone can help me get the software? please sent to my email kwardhana@gmail.com
or tell me what can i do. any information or suggestion will be appreciated.
