updated LED Bios Codes= if the LED #2 & #1 are ON (RED) it is a Corrupt Bios

or the Bios chip has come loose in travel =1. Locate the BIOS chip on the motherboard (socket U4).
    2. Using a PROM extractor, remove the BIOS chip from its socket on the motherboard. & re-seat it--
    3. To replace the BIOS chip insert it into the socket so that the notch in the chip is aligned with the notch in the socket.
Make sure to align the pins on the chip with the holes in the socket. If you notice any bent pins, straighten them gently with a pair of needle nose pliers.

The imagePASS-C1 v2.0 was released as an optional printer controller for the Color imageRUNNER C3220 as well as for the Color imageRUNNER C3200 on 08-09-04
    .

the two digit LED Window is on the imagePass-C2 BOX
/this BOX eliminated the power switch all-together --Before attaching an imagePASS-C2, verify that Color imageRUNNER C3220/2620 has software/firmware of the following version or later:System Software (MN-CONT) v82.03

    imagePASS-C1 v2.0
New Hardware Feature – Power ON/OFF in accordance with the copiers main power switch:
The imagePASS-C1 v2.0 can be turned ON/OFF using the copiers main power switch. This feature is made possible by the PCC PCB in the imagePASS-C1 v2.0. This feature requires that the power switch of the imagePASS-C1 v2.0 remain in the ON position.
The Power Control Circuit (PCC) allows the independent AC Power Supply of the imagePASS-C1 v2.0 to be controlled by the copier’s main ON/OFF switch. In order to accomplish this, a signal is sent along the Open Interface Cable from the copier to the imagePASS whenever the copier’s main power switch is turned ON/OFF. The PCC PCB monitors this signal and uses it to determine whether or not power should be sent from the power supply to the motherboard of the imagePASS. Hence, it is important to note that as long as the power switch on the imagePASS-C1 v2.0 is in the ON position, the power supply in the imagePASS will be active. The main power switch on the copier will dictate whether or not power is sent to the motherboard of the imagePASS.
With the power switch of the imagePASS-C1 v2.0 in the ON position, the imagePASS-C1 v2.0 will power up when the copier’s main power switch is turned to the ON position. In order to turn OFF the imagePASS-C1 v2.0 (from a full running state), the imagePASS-C1 v2.0 must first be shutdown via the operation panel of the copier. Then the copier’s main power switch can be turned OFF.
When servicing the imagePASS-C1 v2.0, it is important to turn OFF the power switch on the imagePASS itself and to disconnect the power cable.

Before attaching an imagePASS-C1 v2.0, verify that the Color imageRUNNER C3200 or the Color imageRUNNER C3220 have software/firmware of the following version or later:
    System Software (MN-CONT) v54.01
