Looking at the image. That definately looks like something to do with Charge or even Laser. I would conecetrate on the Main charge corona and grid to begin with. You also have a white stripe across the botton of the page (left to right) which looks like a laser issue.
I have tried to change the Main Charge Corona again without success. The whitestripe across the botton of the page has been there a few weeks. But beyond their main printing area.
Can laser device cause even the other stripes over a whole page, like this print ?
Laser Unit's can do very strange things. I have seen them do things like this in the past but it is very rare. There was a modified Laser Unit for the IR7086 if I remember rightly. Get in touch with your Canon tech support and they should be able to give you some more info.
Before changing the laser unit (the diode assembly is also available for this model), you can try to clean the drum with the powder CK-0429-000 (mix it with alcohol).
Rachid.
I agree with rachid.akli. Sometimes it is best to give things a good clean. Try cleaning out the laser and drum unit section. Have you replaced the main charge corona or the transfer corona? The issue looks like main charge to me though.....
Thanks for your replies
This machine gives me a headache. I have replaced all three Coronas,
and developer. Will clean the laser and drum unit section tomorrow.
This printer has printed out 8394396 prints now.
Whats the lifetime for this serie?

The expected machine life is 24 000K.
The expected drum life is 6 000K.
I send you an attachment that might help you....
Rachid.
Have a look at the new developer assy, you will see some blue and yellow rollers, if i remember correctly, the yellow rollers are the big ones, they are rotating on the drum surface to assure a defined distance between developer cylinder and drum surface. Check drum carefully, where the rollers contact the drum; any toner debris or damages in the surface will make the developing unit hop, resulting in such an image
