I don't know how you were able to get ot to go 80% into the download, but iR3300 Sys. software is not going to work with the 3320N. Is your machine a 3320N? There is a separate Sys. software package that goes to the 3320.
I do have the 3320n Systems Software but it was a downloaded with out the format command, I now have the format command. The reason I was unable to format is that I was trying to install to large of HDD but issue is now corrected.. Thank you for all the advise and take care.
another way to format a HDD is by cloning. Acronis home is good. Thats provided that you have a backed up image of the HDD before hand.
That's a good idea, but unfortunately, I forgot to make a backup of the iR3300 HDD. Now the easiest way is to download HDD image from the internet and restore it to this HDD.
Does anybody have such backup for iR3300 machine? My iR3300 has a network adapter installed. We use it as a network printer / copier / scanner in our office. I would be really grateful, if anybody gives me the link to such image. It will help to avoid flashing and formatting procedure.
