    hey friends dont waste time to think about this problem

    its from developing unit
    replace the magnet roller and cd spacers to fix this problem

    if got any problem try and think from ground root level dont think its a laser drive or ccd unit etc

    in my 10 year experience i cannot replace a laser drive till
    have a nice day to all

    Perhaps we have the same problem on my ir 3300 see attachment...I replaced my developing unit but the problem still there. maybe i will try replacing laser unit.

    is your issue on Prints & Copies ??

    if not on Prints> only copies check Scanner unit--

    hi i got this problem in 3300 am change developing unit and solve this problem
    pls check ur drum too if any scraches in both side of drum try to replace another drum

    Poster stated they replaced the dev unit

    how would scratches on drum cause a wave on the document/ Explain ???

    a poor Scanner unit can cause a wave on glass /copy image

    I solved that problem. I did not replace anything, just from service mode i changed value of developing bias. now machine is working fine.
