Re: lumps of toner black, on copies / prints on iR-ADV C 5051

The auto gradation procedure It 's something that the customer appears to be just a waste of time... .
However I would add that the printer had a quality not very good, despite the 4 drums had a life relatively new (4,000 copies / prints around).
So I had this idea: RAM clear DCcon ...
I ONLY rewrite the table values placed on the front door ..
Running INIT ITB, AT-IMG-X, Autogradation, and quality has definitely changed for the better!
Black is back .. black (not saturated, because even after all those type 5 in very high density, the group is discharged!)
    Problem solved!

is this a Print or Copy of original from Glass/Feeder

    repeating image every 94mm.

Perform a forced drum replacement in service mode (Level 1 > Copier > Function > DPC > DRMRSETY, DRMRSETM, DRMRSETC,DRMRSETK). Then perform a complete auto gradation.

is this issue on BLACK ONLY ??
do u see howfaint image transfer from previous same copy is transferred to next copy

have u checked ITB assembly & Black Drum ??

Do u use an OEM Canon Drum
To prevent image fault caused by residual toner, the cleaning brush roller is added to clean the primary charging roller

the drum cleaning brush roller not cleaning primary charging roller residual toner attached on the primary charging roller

Well u have your answer 😱

There are many dealers that claim to sell Canon Original Products.
Boxes even look exactly like OEM Canon.

Black Market is alive and well overseas.
