iR 2016 error message

after removed a paper jam on my iR 2016, the machine always shown an error message like :

"system error : E007"


help me please for solving this problem...

Was the jam in the Fixing/Fuser Assy.? Because a E007 is related to a non-detection of the Fixing Film/Upper Roller not spinning correctly. Please check the condtion of your Film also check the green handle in this area for paper jam removal if it is broken or removed, may also cause this error. Good luck sir let us know how you make out.

helo dany! let me explain in bahasa indonesia rest of you dun mind me! kamu ngecek bahagian heternya dahulu,cek apa heter filmnya robek gak! kalo robek diganti atau kamu cek handle patah kerana biasanya handel heter atau pusingan heter film ngak selari..yang penting kamu lihat aja bahagian heter ( pemanasan ) ok..bro..selamat mencoba..wow my bahasa indonesia is all over sorry bro.

I am sorry sir. But I agree with previous poster Glig, if you are unsure what a Fixing or Fuser Assembly is, then it is best to call for service. I am never one to turn someone away, or critize ones knowledge, but a Fuser is a pretty essential aspect or concept to the Print/Copy Process and it aplies whether your repairing a small laser fax machine thats worth $100 or a large press style copier that is worth over $25,000. There are plenty of websites dedicated to explaining the Print/Copy Process and what a Fuser is. Unfortunately there is not enough time to explain such a thing on this forum. If you are just getting started in this industry- good luck my friend! I wish you all of the best. Do your homework first though. I believe someone has previously posted a Toshiba Factory version of copier basics/training. Start there. Take care.
