Canon IR 3300 Web Interface

I try to get in web interface on IR 3300 and I got this error:
RemoteUI Contents is Not Found!!

RUI Module Version : 4201

Would anyone tell me is there a option in service mode to turn on to use Web Interface. Thanks

most likly you do not have RUI loaded on the machine or it is the wrong ver. for the mn-con...try reloading system software to the last one out...

have you ever check the remote UI on or off?
1. Add Func - system setting - remote UI on/off
2. You need to check your computer or try to use another computer to use this func.

I have the same problem, I find that rui version on service mode is empity --.--. How I cam load again RUI on?

You need to flash the copier with the latest firmware including the RUI. By doing both, it will make sure that the RUI is compatible with the system software version. You will need the latest firmware and the Canon service support tool. Connect a laptop to the copier via the parrellel or ethernet port, and download the software to the machine. The service manual will describe the process in detail.
