Hi,i have a problem with my canon ir2018 it is displaying enter dept.id and i don't know the dept.id.please i need help some of my worker mistakenly put the pass word without knowing.please what can i do to clair this problem.need your help.thanks in advance.
hi....enter the service mode *28*...by moving the arrow choose clear press OK then choose PWD press OK
it will display YES NO press yes..recycle the machine...good luck
what is the name of te toner collector under the drum-unit ...i wan't to buy it but i don't know the name of it ...the part number fc6-4158 is graved on the metalic band... and on the plastic fc6-4153-1...but i can't find it
