after reset , off on again press star paper jam at half way , then show error code E 0001 again , i touch the heater film never fell hot , pls help .

the problem check or replace the main thermistor or the dc controller...

can you tell me where the main thermistor is? I have gone thru the parts manual and it's not listed in the fuser section & the service manual says to replace it if u have this error but doesn't say how to replace it or where it is or even a part number....
