    Canon IR6575 E004-010

    hi all

    i have this bad error 004-010 or 004-0103

    really i need help ...


    note :-

    1- i replace power supply heater
    2- i replace DC controller

    and still the error

    helppppppppppppp.......

    Hi , first of all you can clear erorr in service mode . Go in service mode by pres asterisk afrer that 2 and 8 simultaneously a asterisk again and you are in service mode . Press Copier > Function > Clear > Error clear . After that turn off and on the copier .

    Replace thermoswitch by a new one
    Be sure to screw thermoswitch firmly. If the screw is loosened, there will be no gap between thermoswitch and the fixing roller, letting thermoswitch have an open-circuit.
