Canon 5055 touch screen is not responding correctly

This is a canon 5055. In the picture as you can see I am selecting finishing but it will select the 2 sided option on the right. We only have problem on the half left side of the touch screen the right side of it is responding correctly.

Users are not telling me anything, they just said that they cannot use the copier or the touch screen correctly.

Do I need to change the touch screen? or is there any adjustment that i need to do to adjust the calibration of the touch screen??

problem with IR 6570 in touch screen

you most likely need to replace analog touch panel.
There is a calibration, but I think yours is too far gone.
Service Mode COPIER >Function >Panel > Touchchk

The only source i know is canon. Someone else may know other sources

entered into save mode * 28 * copier / function / panel / touchchk / ok . and press + to complete the picture . or use a soft cloth rag lcd probably much dust .

if you have canon ir 2270 or irc3200/20 or irc3170 or irc4080 its the same screen and touch just remove from any one and save money on your self
