Good afternoon
I have a imagePRESS Server Q1 and the screen is blank, connected directly on the monitor and a screen appears asking for the administrator and password. The network appears as the printer off line and I can not print, copy only. Anyone know how to fix this. Thank you very much

Your blank screen is referring on the Q1's mini screen or the iPR-C1's touch screen?

si al poner monitor mouse y teclado no llega a poner libre o ide en la bara superior, si no mas bien se queda en espere en momento o Please wait.
eso significa que que se ha caido el sistema del fiery , llama canon para que le vuelvan a instalar el sistema.
