    IR 7105 2-2 issue

    Hey friends,

    i have one IR7105 it is giving some weird problem, when i copy/printing one side its works fine perfectly but when i do 2-2 side one side is ok and another side will light printing very light compare to one side. i tried everything but no luck please give some suggetion. one more thing 11 x17 2-2 side print/copy absolutaly perfect only letter size has issue.

    Try new paper.

    Looks like your losing transfer on the 2nd side. I would put a new trans/sep assy in firstly. You can go into option - body - and change the a setting that will adjust charge levels TR-SP-C1 to C5 from 0 to 1 . Or try adjusting the fuzzy control from 0 to 3 . Try one then the other but i wouldn't set them both on together. If these dont work i would do a dc con clear but do a p print first. If still no good i would replace DC and AC hvt's.
    Oh...... I can't copy at the moment then ? !!!!!!

    i changed transfer assembly, all chargers update copier to higher version., developer unit

    Seen this before, try this one:
    raise the transfer wire approx 1mm (one turn of the screws underneath) and lower the two sep wires 1mm. Worked for me.

    Try this : COPIER > OPTION > BODY > TRNSG-SW = 2.
    I have done it before when I got transfer problems.
