Hi,

I have a problem with IR3530, the image from the copier is not equal to the original. when i am given to print the same problem is facing. sample of A4 & A4R paper is attached. when i am given to print A4 the left side of the print cutting and when i print A4R print cuts the top of the paper .pls help me. Thanks in advance.

and use good quality papers
