first off> u have a paper feed registration issue> enlarge document to see issue

    Perform in LEVEL 2 > COPIER> FUNCTION> CLEAR> REG
power off/on printer--then>Clean the patch sensors and perform an auto color correction mismatch ( corrects Color Registration issues)> then run a full auto gradation>
To perform an auto color correction mismatch, Enter Additional Functions Adjustments and Cleaning. On page three select auto color mismatch correction.
If Auto color correction mismatch is not an option, be sure to update the firmware to the latest version. To clean the patch sensors manually actuate the solenoid to open the shutters and wipe the sensors with a dry lint free cloth.
Below is a photo of the solenoid and shutters that cover the sensors.

    second>>
the image ends drop offs are the same on all black patterns (match)/ same on all yellow patterns(match)

When the drums get used, they have a tendency to loose toner that will drop on the laser procting glasses. This may result on a poor print quality or E020 error code. Use the laser cleaning tool or take out the laser and clean it.

    Good luck.

You replaced the OEM drum & blade? OEM= Original manufacturer YOU ARE NOT USING GENUINE CANON PARTS.Fit a GENUNINE Canon black & yellow drum unit & you won’t have any issues, looks like the developer is shot on your old units.

Yes sirr...I replace both black n yellow assembly from other machine n the pattern just fine. This prove that this is the problem with the assembly n not the machine itself. Been having this problem for 2week n we could not fix it n we got no choice to call a real Canon TechSorry sir becoz my English is bad

Bad OEM Units can be returned for credit / service tech can't repair them
