    Question IRC3200 E-751-1304

    Hello Everbody, today I facing this problem and need an idea from anyone who know.
    My IRC3200 produce this error E751-1304 and sometime E751-0301. Error 751-0301 refer to cyan drum unit problem isn't it?
    I have pulled the cyan drum unit and try it into another working machine and it ok. So what else make the error appears?
    the machine totally cannot do copy. Once the start button pressed and the error appears.

    Try changing the toner cartridge.

    Title : E751 Sub code 1301

    Problem :
    Machine is displaying E751, sub code 1301. There is no documentation in the iRC3200 Service Manual or Service Guide regarding this code.

    Solution :
    E751, 1301 means there is an issue with the toner system. The machine is checking for the presence of toner. After 3 attempts the machine will go into the error. In this case, the yellow toner tube needed to be replaced even though the machine did not indicate to do so. The color that is causing the issue is the first digit in the sub code.
