    iRAC9065PRO, E002-0102

    Dear All,
    I have a problem of iRAC9065PRO
Now, it displays error code E002-0102 upon turn it on
I checked in service mode: Display>Analog>Fix-LC, Fix-LE, Fix-LE2. The values are always under 70oC
I assume that halogen lamp not turn on. The pressure roler has been heated up by fixing roler.
I take that halogen lamp out and check by meter, it is still ok, no crack, no disconnection
I refer in service manual it suggest to check AC driver PCB, DC controller...
The IH heater is working well, temp approach over 170oC so I do not think about AC driver PCB
Have you ever faced that problem and do anyone give me some advices for that issue

    Thanks!

I have an identical machine at the moment with exactly the same fault as yours, I have eliminated lower heater (swapped unit from identical machine) fault is still there, have replaced AC Driver board, DC-Con and checked everything else as listed in the service manual. Will be interested to know other peoples thoughts on this one...

Maybe the lower lamp is working and one of the lower thermistors gone bad, did you try to change the pressure crossmember assy, FM3-4835-000 ?

We tried a complete fixing assembly from a working machine, still got the fault on the replacement unit...

Check ac driver pcb, connector J810, pin 1 and 4, this is the connector that drives the lower heater lamp. ohm it out, there should be a value between 3 and 10 ohms if the connection to the lamp is existant. You should also be able to meter a value of 220 volts (in europe) if the mashine is connected to main power and fired up

    Re: iRAC9065PRO, E002-0102

Hi All, Luckily, my case has been resolved after 1 day-effort. The reason is thermoswitch(TP1). The machine did not display error exactly so make me to go wrong direction. Firstly, when the error occur, I checked temperature by service mode: Display>Analog>Fix-LC, Fix-LE, Fix-LE2 They were always under 70oC (it must be 100oC) so I thought about halogen lamp and take it out from machine. I touched on it and did not feel warm It means that the lamp was not on during machine up. I removed fixing frame and rechecked thermal switch. I found that it was disconnected. The thermoswicth is sitting on fixing frame, so if we replace both lower and upper fixing unit the problem still exists. Lastly, if the machine displays E004 then I did not waste time such so much. Something to share with you Nghia Luu
