I 'm facing the same problem E602-003in my ir3300 copier would you please suggest me how to resolve that.

As you said in your previous post. Now i,m having parallel cable which helps to connect my copier to my PC and SST V2.01. now I 'ON' my copier it went in to download mode. my PC detected my copier after that if i start my SST i cant see my copier. would you please suggest me how can i proceed further.
