Machine threw code e100-001 took the laser and put it in a different machine to make sure the laser was bad and it coded out so i know the laser is bad, put a new laser in and still throws the code, repalced dc controller and still have the code, put the new laser in a different machine and it works fine .2 different dc controllers and still has the code , i might be missing something obvious, checked shutter and fan cover to see if the pin is broken shutter works fine,i know the laser i put in is good it works in another machine and the one that codes does it in another machine, any thoughts?

Did you check the door switches?
Did you check the DC Power Supply if 24v is all present?

    Hello,

When working on machines, we sometimes cause new issues which are difficult to solve (they are not ordinary). There are three elements to be suspected: 1- Laser unit. 2- Dc contrller. 3- The connexion between the two. When you've pulled the laser connector, you might have created a loose connection. Try to replace the wirings.

    Rachid.

Check for proper voltage from DC power supply to DC Controller
