Angry IRADV C9060 BK Toner spilling

First at all, excuse the bad Quality of the Photos, if in need, i will try a better camera
What you can see is: The Drum cleaning Blade above; the cleaning Brush Roller; A mylar beneath the Brush Roller and between the Mylar and the Brush roller clogged Toner; the toner builds up within a few Days and the begins to trickle onto the metal bar seen in Picture 2, after that drops to the Paper running through the Mashine leading to black Spots on the Prints. The mashine is well maintained with approx. 2 mio Prints on it, no worn out Parts. The BK Drum Unit was replaced against a new one due to this error approx 100K Prints ago. Firmware is the latest and greatest.
    Here is the 100$ Question:
what leads to the Buildup and how can i get rid of it?

Any Help or Suggestion is greatly appreciated

    Thanks in Advance

You are wright about quality of photos.I didn't have this kind of issue and i'm just guessing.Maybe you have old air filters and temperature in copier rising.

    Hi,

    Ago
zoraldinho is right. Best check those ozone filters, clean or replace if needed.

For machine operate in warmer environment , watch out CMYK Dev. units will have toner being lump together like small speck of paper dust causing white lines or uneven. Most of time, we just put off these filters in order to prevent temperature building up inside machine's Drum & Dev area.

Do you mean that you changed the whole process assembly.

    [QUOTE=KL568;311121]Hi,

watch out CMYK Dev. units will have toner being lump together like small speck of paper dust causing white lines or

Those lumps (causing white lines)are minimized by proper shaking of the toner tube. The package says shake 10 times

Only a Single color toner is dropping on the copies.

Vacuum the entire sub hopper assembly for the particular color that is dropping the toner, (or replace the sub-hopper unit), also insert a new toner bottle and developing assembly.

Canon Field Case, the toner was contaminated and affected the sub hopper unit and developing assembly.

Had a magenta episode of bad toner 2 weeks ago.
large deposits showed up on the NEW dev mylar, and copies after running only 10 test prints.

    The above fix really works

Ok, I was at customers side today with a better Camera
Filters are ok (40%), the issue Teckat mentioned was factored in also, changed the whole Black Hopper Assy (BTW: did you ever do that Job? what a pain in the ass) ,BK Dey assy and renew Toner, all to no avail.
Here are the better Fotos; the last one is only to show that the mashine is clean and in good shape.
The toner is not molten or sintered, so i dont think, that it is a thermal issue.

I am not familiar with this model yet, but by analogy, i imagine that the waste toner on the brush is cumulating too much and not well evacuated by the waste toner feed screw. Have you tried a new black cleaning unit?

changing the black hopper is a pain, but changing the colour hoppers is 3 times as bad.
A TIP FOR YOU, there is a part number for the whole colour rack, which makes things easier.
Separating the colour hoppers causes a mess of dropped gears.

You might have a case like 7105 where the waste drive assembly is not working properly.
I think that is what Rachid is thinking.

I have one at 3 million running 90% black, so I might run into this too.
I replaced the process assembly once and rebuilt it last time.
Maybe you just need to replace the scoop up mylars more often.
    Maybe it is getting deformed.

I remember seeing toner in there but I can't remember how much.

there is a black drum cleaning kit available
the cleaner is built into the process asembly

Here is a picture of an untouched black drum at 500K.
It looks ten times worse than yours, but it is not dropping anything.

I suggest you check the ITB cleaner.
I have seen the mylar deformed, causing droppings on the paper.
