IR 6570 Paper Jamming

how many copies on your machine?
is it jamming from all trays
you might want to make sure your pickup/feed and sep rollers are good.
Your reg clutch and reg roller seem to be a problem
Is your lower fuser roller and bearings worn out.

you could have all or some of these problems.

If the machine jams on all trays,check on the corona wires of the transfer corona assembly and replace if old.
Try to check on the transport belts to ensure smooth run of paper path.
Also check on the sensor flags to ensure proper return to home position after paper passage.

all are ok..
i will get single copies smoothly..

if i take more than 10 copies (Single Side/Back to Back) it is in Jamming... after 3-4 copies

Like i said, check on the transfer corona assembly and replace the corona wires.It is a common phenomenon on this model especially when there is poor seperation current on the transfer corona .Also check on the paper guides adjacent to the fixing unit there could be a broken piece of the paper guide.When the paper leaves the transfer unit, it tends to raise itself up distracting its smooth passage to the fixing unit thus causing a jam.
