    Motor M20=toner container motor (Y)=stirs toner inside the toner container (Y)

    M12=developing motor (Y)=drives the developing unit (Y).

    +++++++++++++++++see below
    xx=01: Y xxD0
    The supply of toner for the toner container to the developing assembly has failed. //

    The toner cartridge motor fails to rotate.//The toner container is empty.
    The toner supply mouth of the drum unit is damaged. // The ATR sensor has an open circuit.

    If the drum units have been removed repeatedly without the drum guide service tool it's possible to break one or both tabs (see picture below). These tabs open the toner hopper when the drum unit is slid in, and if they are broken, toner will not be fed into the drum unit.
    NOTE: The unit may work for a while until the developer to toner ratio drops enough to cause an error.

    I made a check up about these gears and they seems to be ok.Already i haven't seen "tabs" on the drum unit.I have to check tomorrow.
    I changed toner density sensor in the drum unit with a regular one,and still the same.

    make sure u see those couplings/ e-rings pop off/

    this is not a toner density issue

    Toner shutter mecanism problem!!!!!
    When toner cartridge is inside,the mecanism allow the hole to drop toner inside drum unit and when you remove the cartridge,the shutter blocks the hole from droping toner.
    In my case,the shutter mecanism did the oposite thing.
    Problem of tonner cartridge.
    Thank you

    Remember this:
    there are two openings involved in Toner being added to Drum >

    1- Toner cartridge shutter opening (by two Drum Tabs )

    2- Drum shutter/port top slides open ( by the metal pin on rail when Drum is slid in )

    i have seen that metal pin break off/ M-C-BK easy to replace by removing rails/ to remove Yellow rail requires two bottles of aspirin and 4hrs of frustration
