Semething slide on ITB belt and blurring image before fuser(protective cover or peace of paper). Drums and cleaning belt are OK.

Practice makes perfect
If it ain't broke, don't fix it
A picture is worth a thousand words
If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself
remove the ITB unit / then remove the underside plates/
clean the small one / throw the Large one in the Garbage>
re-attach the small plate as shown in picture below- click to enlarge pic
u need to put back the varistor as shown / wedge other end under that metal leaf spring/

Yeah this is very common.
Remove & clean both the underside plates. Personally I fit the large one back as it protects the belt when you remove the ITB unit, without it the belt can get damaged when you or the next engineer places the unit down.
the plate was dirty and i am getting an E020-01d0 which means :
The supply of toner for the toner
container to the developing assembly
has failed. The toner
cartridge motor fails to rotate.
The toner container is empty.
The toner supply mouth of the
drum unit is damaged. The ATR
sensor has an open circuit.
For the first 2 digits of detail
code xxEE,
xx=00: fault in access to drum
unit
xx=01: fault in access
Yellow drum is new toner is full and doesnt have any braked part,but this problems never stops "Printer is warming up"
Any idea?
I put another yellow drum with 344 life and copier is ok,but when i put the new one,Density is -4.55

Check the DENS level of the yellow confirm that it is -4-5%
Check the operation of the drum & toner shutters
If you have a brand new yellow toner fit this & see if the yellow DENS returns to normal (about 0.0%)
Have you fitted a new yellow toner AFTER you got the error code?
Than dens level of -5% means there isn't enough yellow toner in the drum unit
REMOVE all DRUMS & TONER UNITS & ITB UNIT >
u then need to Look in towards back frame at YELLOW unit AREA > to see if any of the white drive couplings/gears have popped off the Motors below--
Motor M20=toner container motor (Y)=stirs toner inside the toner container (Y)
M12=developing motor (Y)=drives the developing unit (Y).
+++++++++++++++++see below
xx=01: Y xxD0
The supply of toner for the toner container to the developing assembly has failed. //
The toner cartridge motor fails to rotate.//The toner container is empty.
The toner supply mouth of the drum unit is damaged. // The ATR sensor has an open circuit.
If the drum units have been removed repeatedly without the drum guide service tool it's possible to break one or both tabs (see picture below). These tabs open the toner hopper when the drum unit is slid in, and if they are broken, toner will not be fed into the drum unit.
NOTE: The unit may work for a while until the developer to toner ratio drops enough to cause an error.
