IR 400 No Paper Showing in First Two Cassette..

Hi

In my IR 400 Machine (I have 4 Cassette) in the First Two Cassette, No Paper Indicators.. Whenever I fill the cassette, It shows no Paper.

In cassette 3 & 4 (Working Trolley) the paper idicators are working smoothly..

Any body can help this issue???

Yes, this is a mechanical wonder. The first time I did sketches along the way. If you've got a digital camera take a bunch of photos along the way. There are a number of different components that can fail: sector gears, leaf springs, etc:

2... CG-114..... Pickup Roller Drive Gear 20 (DEI)
1... FH7-5772-000..... PF Drive Solenoid SL1
2... FB3-2856-000..... Sector Gear/Ratchet Lift
2... FB4-5350-000..... Lifter Claw
2... FB4-5349-000..... Lift Leaf Springs

So you'll have to do some real actual disassembly to diagnose this.

remove to top cassette, good indication of whether or not the tray is lifting if its not the lifer claw or leaf spring is ur best bet if it is look at the paper detecting sensor flag
