    iR3300 Error (E000602-0003)

I would be very grateful, if anybody could give me the link to download the SST and Firmware for my iR3300. I have a laptop with LPT port and a centronics cable. What else do I need to set up new HDD?

And another question. As I am aware, the HDD in Canon iR3300 has a part No. WM2-5230-000. It costs about USD 500. It's really expensive... Is it possible to find a replacement to this "WM2-5230-000"? What kind of HDD is it?

You can use as replacement a standard 2.5 Internal Hard disk IDE/ATA interface.

Thanks very much! Should it be exactly 20 Gb? What happens, if I use 40 (or more) Gb 2.5 IDE HDD?

Oh, that's great! I got two IDE 2.5 HDDs (60 Gb and 80 Gb). Will try to replace with 60 Gb HDD first.

What about SST and the Firmware for iR3300?

    Thanks again for your help!

    Formatting HDD in iR3300

I have downloaded SST v3.35e and the system image for iR3300. Then installed SST, opened it and registered the mounted *.iso image. After that, I connected my laptop to iR3300 via parallel cable (centronics), turned on the machine while holding 2 & 8 keys at the same time. "Download Mode" appeared and I pressed connect, then I selected HDFormat and pressed Start. In the pop-up window I selected the partition and pressed "Format". After couple of seconds it gave me a pink window with error code 145. I tried everything from the beginning and at the second try it gave another error. Am I doing something wrong? In the formatting window (at the upper right corner) it says "LowSpeed". What does it mean? In the manual, the same window shows "HighSpeed" in that box.
