IRC adv 5051 Error

Hi All

Have a acceesory stapler finisher C1 giving me E 505-0001. I have put a new finisher controller board in with same result. I have moved the finisher to another 5051 and it gives the same problem.

The problem should be with the finisher.

Any ideas is welcome !!

The EEPROM content is empty.

In service mode > Finisher > Adjust===> put back the RAM values.

hi teckat,

thanks foro the usefull documentation,

what i did is i have the P-Print values of the machine. but when i try to put the value its not saving. it return to 0 value again.


please advice.

the iRC4080 uses a Finisher W1/W2

Are there alignment instruction for the saddle finisher (saddle staple position) for the W2? The staples are constantly an 1/8" from the fold.
