adv ir5030 jaming but there is no paper, customer restarts copier and its works fine for couple hours and give the same jaming error, i upadate latest firmware but still same. Jam code 0a0a and 0a02

Have all the 3 way unit photo interrupters been replaced for the new type recently?

If not, do that first.
