I have buy copier in leasing house in Austria without warranty. In this condition.
First user has this copier use only as copier. I try to use as copier, scanner and printer. My son need all of this function for design.

I search new firmware for IRC 3220 maybe ver 90.03 and software to loading firmware on copier.
SST ver.4 or greater.

-Turn off spooler on the printer, ADDITIONAL FUNCTION >
SYSTEM SETTINGS > NETWORK SETTINGS > USER
SPOOLER, set this value to OFF.
Take the C2 Box off printer>open it up>check inside to make sure memory is in there > remove and re-seat it
also check all interior connections & components in that box--

I'm back. I was offline for business.
In this time have I tested many thing. I was call Canon service. The last thay have upgrade my software or firmware on ver. 90.03.
The last time when Canon servicer was there they didnt solve the problem on IRC2620. Stay same problem.
If anyone have an idea what is wrong on my copier please help me.
I stay on same problem two month.
I have read something forums, manual for Fiery, manual for copier and testing lot of things but nothing have changed.
I waiting information or solution from Canon service.
I hope that your can help me faster as Canon service.

Did u ask the tech to check all functions that are available
- copying
- printing options on iR
(your network set up)
if your network is set up properly / and u cant print from PC or Laptop/
u need a trained tech to view your set up
it's simple/
u had firmware updated /
u have a imagePass connected
u have the C Boot rom installed
u have the correct fiery interface board installed
(because u Set Up the Server Unit-I hope)
Press [Print] tab on the host machine’s control panel

Print out the test page and setup page as follows to
check that the connection between the server unit and
the host machine is correct and the server unit has properly been set up:
1) Press [Print] tab on the host machine’s control panel.
In case [Print] tab is not displayed, press [Print] tab
after press arrow tab.
2) Press [Printer status/Setting].
3) Make the following selections on the operation
panel: Functions>Print Pages>PS Test Page>and
Configuration.

Ronex,
Going through your past post, connectivity is not an issue since CommandWork Station is able to connect your C2 and see print status
You need an isolation confirmation by your Canon tech to verify is C2 or copier's hardware giving this print issue.
They could (but not a MUST) :
unhook all connection of C2 and remove the Video PCB card in the copier.
Replaced that with another PCB card (SURF Board label wordings on it)
Perform a Clear MMI in service mode level.
Install driver known as UFR (not UFRII ) to test if hardware engine able to print. If it prints, then your Canon tech will have to source another copier to hook up your C2 to further test what is wrong.
Just my 2 cents worth only, other members might have better ideas to help you.

if still missing=Poster needs that RUI Firmware loaded in printer
if C2 has no bios codes in window & u can print out a config page from printer tab, the C2 should be ok

Hello,
after lot of time and experiments, I have solved problem with my copier CLC 2620/iRC2620.
Problem was in power supply in Fiery.
When I change power supply, all work super OK.
Thank you to all who have help me to solve problem with my copier. I have learn a lot of your sugestion, document, etc...
Now I can set alone my copier.
