    what is this code ? is it related to memory.

    The code indicates a problem with the SRAM.

    try the JUMPER procedure First (see below)

    Try jumping the Main Controller at JP1, then restarting the copier, the Main Controller was able to be cleared. The imageRUNNER then booted normally.

    In some particular cases, Jumper JP1 on the Main Controller, was shorted, to resolve the issue. Below is a picture of the Main Controller with an arrow that points to JP1.
    Note:
    Be sure the power is turned off, when shorting the pins together at JP1.

    If this error returns, clear the data for partitions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. To clear the partitions, perform the following steps:

    1) Enter Service Mode.
    2) Go to COPIER>FUNCTION>SYSTEM
    3) Change the value of CHK-TYPE to a 1 and press ok.
    4) Select HD-CLEAR and press ok.
    5) Change the value of CHK-TYPE to a 2 and press ok.
    6) Select HD-CLEAR and press ok.
    7) Change the value of CHK-TYPE to a 3 and press ok.
    8) Select HD-CLEAR and press ok.
    9) Change the value of CHK-TYPE to a 4 and press ok.
    10) Select HD-CLEAR and press ok.
    11) Change the value of CHK-TYPE to a 5 and press ok.
    12) Select HD-CLEAR and press ok.
    13) Change the value of CHK-TYPE to a 6 and press ok.
    14) Select HD-CLEAR and press ok.
    15) Restart the imageRUNNER

    Note: The HD Clears will remove user data from the Hard Drive. Address Books, Mail Box Data, Network Settings, and other user data will be lost.
