    do your paper trays read correct paper size ??

    is size issue when paper is feed to glass from ADF ??

    Use it to indicate the Extra Length key for paper up to 630 mm long (multifeeder, free; the ADF will also accommodate paper up to 630 mm

    Settings: 0: normal mode (default), 1: extra length mode (key indicated)

    My Machine is not showing the paper size in ADF. So I cann't select the paper for ADF, It is coming A3 by Default. But I max. time needed in A4. How it show the automatically the paper size. Its urgent. Please help me, Udayan

    maybe CLEAN the size sensors in the ADF??

    do you have user guide?
    service manual?
    are you a tech?

    can you post pics of tray config from screen?

    Dear I am not a tech. in the ADF settings I will post the picture afterwords.

    I can't get the page size in ADF settings as I seen in the videos, i think it is some software or other settings problem. If possible can you please help me.

    PS : where i get size sensors in the ADF, i have no idea, is the top panel where some plastic trangle parts are coming out to detect the paper.
