Do you search for answers before you ask a question? There is a vast amount of information already here after all.

In addition, there are problems posted here sometimes that really require help onsite. Explanations may be vague or some answers are hard to get across with a keyboard without it surpassing War and Peace

Yup, chances are nobody knows for sure yet.

Personally, I don't like interjecting on a thread just to say "i dunno", or worse, take it in a different direction and piss off the poster.

I love to answer when I know for sure, strokes our egos.

Just bump your post and/or rephrase the issue.

Just thought I go have a read of some of this dudes posts. Demanding much? Those couple of Canon's are giving him quite a run around.

Because at this site people come with REQUESTS while on the contrary you come with DEMANDS and ORDERS.

I went through your posts, most of them are full of that.

I can guarantee you that things will change for better once you learn some manners.

And of course as some members suggest, there are already plenty of materials in the forum for anybody to dig out before he comes asking, try to prove that you have done enough of groundwork before putting up a request.

couldn't have put it better than you guys, for on site and urgent support please contact you local canon support system hooo i forgot you have to pay them, while the forum is for "free" (at the expense of every CONTRIBUTOR's free and family time) one should only demand for what he pays
