In addition, there are problems posted here sometimes that really require help onsite. Explanations may be vague or some answers are hard to get across with a keyboard without it surpassing War and Peace

Personally, I don't like interjecting on a thread just to say "i dunno", or worse, take it in a different direction and piss off the poster.
I love to answer when I know for sure, strokes our egos.

I can guarantee you that things will change for better once you learn some manners.
And of course as some members suggest, there are already plenty of materials in the forum for anybody to dig out before he comes asking, try to prove that you have done enough of groundwork before putting up a request.
