    Agree, we need some more infor in order to help you. I cannot read from your picture but it looks like error4 is this correct? Have you tried switching to "low" speed more within the Support Tool? Are you placing the machine in proper "download" mode??? You are using an old version of Service Support Tool. Canon is up to v4.72Ek. Let us know more if you can and we will try to help you. Most Service Support Tool issues are easy to fix.

    i think teckat was and is trying to help you so don't be offensive, if you don't provide enough information for us to reach a possible solution we must ask you to provide it, that error could be from dozens of different reasons so if you want our help please give us more info if not... it's your choice
