I have an ir105 in the field that is getting an E247-0001 and E354-0001, neither of these codes are listed in the service manual, does anyone know what they mean?

I have an ir105 in the field that is getting an E247-0001 and E354-0001, neither of these codes are listed in the service manual, does anyone know what they mean?
Nevermind, I just realized it has to do with the Counter pcb. This guy must be tech hopping, telling him to go back to whoever has been servicing it and hopefully they still have the board that came off this machine.
