I already replaced inverter pcb,check the wrings and reader pcb but still e220 appears.Need help please...

Unplug the copier and remove the Copyboard glass. Move the scanner manually and check to see if the Scanner Home Position Sensor Flag is coming into contact with the Inverter Pcb, or any of the wiring. Contact with the flag may be causing a short during Scanner movement when copying from the glass.also ...Check and verify the 24V supply to the Reader Controller from the Main Power Supply (Switching Regulator) is present. It is possible that one of the loads on the DC-Controller can take down the 24 volts. Remove the 24volt loads off the DC-Controller and connect the connectors one by one to locate the short or defective load.

finally i found out the main power supply is the culprit e.g the switching regulator.my point of inquiry is that can i use the switching reg for 220v from the 110 volts?thank in advance...
