    Hello,

    For a reason, the drum is not being charged to the appropriate value. I would execute a DCCON clear and put back the door values.

    Is this off the glass?

    If so, do a CCD Adjust and see what happens.

    Looks like a Bias/HV issue - replace T/Sep Corona Unit & HV Block check for Dev shorts - clean Fixing Drawer contacts incl connectors at rear of machine.

    What are VL and VD in service mode? Should be around 70 and 380..turn off potential control...any difference? Service mode..check if pre-exposure lamp comes on. You have changed whole process unit so that eliminates pre-exposure lamp and potential control sensor and front wiring harness. But step 1 is VL and VD...this will tell if drum is being charged properly(primary,VD) and if laser is discharging properly(VL) during potential control. DCON clear a good idea

    Did you try a P-Print from the service mode? If the print is the same,try to perform the following;
    COPIER>OPTION>BODY>PO-CNT.If the value of PO-CNT is 1,change to 0 and viceversa and make
    a test print.
