did u put back the DCON settings from P PRINT ?

Yes, to the white gap being my issue now. And yes, we did put back the DCON values from the P Print. Customer was leaving early and asked him to come back after the holidays, so I wondered if we should be prepared with a new Magenta drum unit. Or possibly just adjusting the IMG REG might work now.

My proposition may seem to be stupid, but have you cleaned or replaced the patch reeding sensors (ATRs) ?

When replacing the laser assembly, you have to input all the new values that came with the new laser.

I'm open to all suggestions, so thanks. Yes we did clean the patch sensors in the beginning and input all the values that came with the laser unit.

Just read through the thread, is this happening on all 4 drum, have you tried to copy on single colour to see if you can isolate if you do indeed have a single faulty drum?

And yes there is a u in color

After replacing the DC Controller and Laser Unit the Yellow was slightly shifted to the left and the Magenta was slightly shifted upward. I could not see this with my naked eye but the customer was complaining about it and once I looked at it with a magnifying glass I could see it. The tech went back out and adjusted the IMG REG on those 2 colors and the customer said it was perfect. Well 3 days later she says the Magenta is shifting upward again.......I don't know what else to try, any ideas? See attached PG6 and PG10

Would think dcon replacement with laser replacement MUST fix this...dcon tells yellow /mag driver what to do a la yellow/mag driver pcb and same with black/cyan....which seem ok. Mcon clear...Dcon clear after replacement...
