    Thats a fixing claw jam. Right after paper exits fuser rolls there are a set of black plastic "knuckles". They check for a fuser wrap. Push on them to see if they move freely. Might have a paper wedged under pressure roll, holding the actuator assembly down. Should be straightforward

    If that looks ok, check the connector inside machine at rear and connector on fuser for pieces of paper inside them. This is the connector that provides electrical connection to the transport drawer. I have seen paper squished inside these connectors numerous times. Customer doesn't turn knobs before opening drawer,paper in delivery tears, then gets rammed into connector assembly when they close the drawer
