    Hi Rakesh,

Is that the only jam code?
What volume is on the machine?
Where does the jam occur in the machine?
Is this double sided or single sided?
Is the paper which is set in the tray showing as the correct orientation on the copy screen?

    Cheers!

        Dear IOM

Yes this is only jam code on power on.

          Hi Rakesh,

All the questions are relevant and will provide useful information.

Jam code 0114 seems to relate to duplex jams. Does it work ok when printing single sided?

            Dear IOM

Volume is pretty higher daily 50000. The machine is unable to run as soon i switch on the machine the messages show paper jam. Earlier we are using only single side face up prints

So the machine constantly shows paper jam? It never clears?

That is sometimes easier to troubleshoot than a jamming problem.

What I would suggest doing is to go into service mode and use the I/O to test each sensor through the paper path. If you refer to the service manual it will tell you which one is which. It has to be one of these sensors which is stuck in the on or off position which is causing the paper jam not to clear.

Also try disconnecting all the Peripherals of the machine (Finisher/Trimmer/Binder) to see if this clear the jam. Shouldn't be too hard to isolate what is causing the problem.

Good luck and don't forget to post the solution on here.

Thats a fixing claw jam. Right after paper exits fuser rolls there are a set of black plastic "knuckles". They check for a fuser wrap. Push on them to see if they move freely. Might have a paper wedged under pressure roll, holding the actuator assembly down. Should be straightforward

If that looks ok, check the connector inside machine at rear and connector on fuser for pieces of paper inside them. This is the connector that provides electrical connection to the transport drawer. I have seen paper squished inside these connectors numerous times. Customer doesn't turn knobs before opening drawer, paper in delivery tears, then gets rammed into connector assembly when they close the drawer
