Booklet staple finisher (B1) jams during booklet copies

I have B1 booklet staple finisher hooked to IRAC7065 jams when booklet option selected. The paper jams in stacker throwing 11A1 jam code. Any known fix will be appreciated. Other functions works ok except when making booklets.

Is the jam constant or intermittent

What are you calling STACKER?
1 before it gets stapled or
2 where the finished product exits
