E065-0101 error code refers to a leak in the Primary Charge unit for Yellow.
inspect the Primary Transfer Roller Assembly for yellow, make sure that the brass contact tab on the assembly and the contact spring on the rear of the Transfer Roller is not dislodged and not making proper contact.
