Hi all,
I have an IRC 2230i with a printing issue from excel.
When the user prints an excel workbook (7 colour pages in total) using secure print mode the document prints th first page out in colour but the rest of the document in black and white. It asks for the secure password twice.
When the user prints direct print, as opposed to secure print the entire (same) document prints out perfect.
So to summarise:
1. The document is a colour excel worksheet (7 pages)
2. It prints perfect if I print directley to the machine
3. The issue only arrises when I send the document secure print, then it prints the first page colour and the rest black and white. I am also selecting print entire worksheet in driver properties.
Could this be a memory issue. Is there a limit set on document memory when secure print is used?
Or could it be an issue with the excel document itself. Then again it prints perfectley using direct print.
I am going to try printing the document to another machine.
In the mean time all help much appreciated.
