It is possible that the paper size detected automatically by the paper drawer does not match the actual paper size. Another possibility is that the paper size selected for the stack bypass in the menu does not match the paper actually set on the stack bypass.

Make sure the actual paper size matches the selected paper size.

Pre-Registration Sensor Actuator spring #34 could be tightened by adding a wrap.

This might be a silly question but I don’t know where you are in the world. Are you copying a Letter or A4 document and what size of paper is in the trays? It sounds like it could be the registration flag or clutch but confirm the sizes in the trays match the copied document. Some regions use Letter size paper so if you try to copy A4 you would get that message.

Also, does it happen from the document feeder and the glass? Or just one?

Think simple first and then tear the machine apart
